Dillon Hoogewerf (born 27 February 2003 in Almere, Netherlands) is a Dutch professional winger known for his pace and attacking flair. He came through the youth systems of Almere City and Ajax before moving to Manchester United, where he developed further in their academy setup. After his time in England, he transferred to Germany with Borussia Mönchengladbach’s reserve side, before moving back to the Netherlands in 2024 to join Vitesse.
Though relatively small in stature, Hoogewerf is nimble, quick in tight space, and has good technical ability. He is primarily deployed on the right wing but can also play on the left wing or as a forward. On the international level, he has represented the Netherlands at multiple youth levels, benefitting from both Dutch and Nigerian heritage.
At Vitesse, Hoogewerf continues to work on translating his youth promise into consistent senior performances. While goals have been fewer in recent campaigns, his creativity, dribbling, and off-the-ball movement mark him as a player with potential to make more impact as he gains experience in senior football.
